- This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This is not a solicitation. Vendors should not submit offers until the solicitation is posted to FedBizOpps. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) DoDEA seeks professional learning modules with a duration of approximately 30 minutes each and can be uploaded to DoDEA's learning management system, currently Schoology. Required topics, some of which may require more than one module, include the following: 1) Equity and access in AP® 2) Engaging instructional strategies 3) Instructional support for first-time and non-traditional AP® students 4) Effective formative assessment practices 5) Strengthening disciplinary reasoning skills 6) Thinking like an AP® reader NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
