Description
This is a sources sought for an excimer laser with FDA clearance for use in multiple minimally invasive cardiovascular procedures. This excimer laser shall have the ability to use cool ultraviolet energy to ablate arterial blockages and remove pacemaker leads. This notice allows for vendors to name brand name or equal products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. Capabilities statements shall include the name of company, business title, e-mail address and phone number, company s business size, GSA/SEWP/FSS Contract Number (to include expiration date), Duns Number, and Small Business Status as verified from Vetbiz.gov. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and Vetbiz.gov. Capability statements are due no later than March 06, 2019 3 pm EST.
