Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Leadership Development Center (LDC) in New London, CT intents to award sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for quotes; a solicitation package will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard LDC intends to award under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Thomas Kilmann conflict mode Instrument (TKI® assessment) to fulfill its leadership school curriculum conflict resolution agenda for many of the leadership courses it offers. FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
