- Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference 41 U.S.C. §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring auditorium presentation equipment for the William S Middleton VA Hospital in Madison, WI. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW VAAR 819.7007, a purchase order to AVI Systems, Inc., 5201 Femrite Drive, Madison, WI 53718, as the only source to provide the above items. The authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The applicable NAICS Code is 334310 and the size standard is 750 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all responses received within three days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
