- The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement provide contractor support for the care and management of animals. Animals may or may not be involved in illegal fighting operations. The contractors performing services under this contract shall provide coverage for all 94 USMS District Offices within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.
