- Join us for our 2nd annual Small Business Industry Day Event. The event will consist of other agencies participating such as United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Nationa Park Service, and Veterans Administration (VA), along with other Corps Districts such as Rock Island, Louisville, and Kansas City. The event will allow Industry to not only engage in building partnerships with the Corps of Engineers, other Government agencies but also build relationships with other Industry partners to form teaming arrangements. In addition, contractors will have a opportunity to attend breakout sessions that will discuss such topics as RMS, putting your best proposal forward, building an effective capability statement (will be given by one of the IL PTAC's), and more. Lastly, this event will also provide one-on-ones with our St. Louis Corps Subject Matter Experts(SME)'s and an opportunity to sign up for roundtables with other Corps Districts and Government agencies attending the event. Date: 19 March 2019 Projected Time of Event: 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. Where: Red Lion Hotel St. Louis City Center 400 S 14th St Saint Louis, MO 63103 (314) 231-5007 https://www.stlouiscenterhotel.com Parking: Paid parking is available in the hotel and surrounding parking lots. The Civic Center Metro stop for busses and trains is directly across the street from the hotel. Cash concessions will be included for lunch from the hotel. Registration, signups for one-on-ones/roundtables/breakout sessions can be found on eventbright by posting the following link into your web browser: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/corps-of-engineers-small-biz-workshop-tickets-55654006632 Once you register, it will give you the option to sign up for everything your interested in with the avilable times showing for the one-on-ones and roundtables. If the time is grayed out then that time is no longer availabile. There will be plenty of opportunity to network throughout the day. Their will be multiple opportunites to attend the breakout sessions from 9:30-10:30. Plenty of seats available. *NOTE Please sign up for only two one-on-one St. Louis Corps sessions per Contractor (not per person per company) to allow everyone an opportunity to particpate in these sessions. Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. and you will be provided a Program book with the agenda for the day. The registration and event will take place on the 13th floor of the hotel.
