Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina, Library Department has a requirement for site license and site building tools for LibGuides library discovery portal. The LibGuides site will be hosted and maintained on the Springshare, LLC servers. WAMC library staff will create and update the WAMC LibGuides site. Springshare, LLC will provide site support and technical assistance as designated in the contract documentation. Only one source is available because Springshare, LLC is the developer and hosting site for LibGuides. This requirement will be unrestricted using NAICS Code 511210. All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM can be accessed via the internet at www.sam.gov/. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract. A Request for Quotes and written solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
