Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract to Ensign Sonoma, LLC doing business as (dba) Sonoma Healthcare Center. There are Veterans currently at the facility, and the current contract expires March 31, 2019. Consequently, a replacement contract is being established to provide continued care for the veterans at the community nursing home. The VA does not intend to move the Veterans or disrupt their care. A Justification and Approval has been executed by the Head of the Contracting Activity (HCA) for the new contract and will be posted to www.fbo.gov within 14 days of award as required by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(iii). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
