Description

The Government Publishing Office (GPO) in Washington DC will be awarding a Sole Source Contract for a firm-fixed price Contract for Stock Carpet Tile and Adhesive to Tandus Flooring, Inc. located at 1735 Cleveland Hwy, Dalton GA 30721. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per MMAR 13. This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with MMAR 5.101(a)(2). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice; however any firm that believes they have capabilities to provide this service item may give written notification to the GPO Acquisition Services. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
