Description

1.0 SUBJECT The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity is conducting market research to obtain information from industry partners with knowledge and experience in research support to assist investigators with drug development through the performance of animal studies for new antimalarial and anti-leishmanial drug candidates. This includes studies in pharmacokinetics, toxicity, and efficacy using HPLC, FCM, and IVIS methods. The work includes animal handling, dosing, sampling, clinical observation and experimental infection of the animals with malaria, mosquito dissection, collecting data, performing daily laboratory tasks, and developing reports and publications.
