Description
The Government intends to issue a sole source award to C230 Consultores, S.C., Leibnitz No. 20, PISO 11, Anzures, Distrito Federal, Mexico under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government will acquire the services using the procedures set forth in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541910 with a size standard $15M. The purpose of this requirement is to procure services to enhance the current customized process mapping application and gather relevant data to obtain qualitative and quantitative information within the Attorney General Offices (AGO) in Mexico states. This notice is not a formal solicitation. This is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of quotation or offers received in response to this notice. However, interested responsible sources may submit a capability statement for the agency's consideration in determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted in the future for this requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information related to the potential availability of other sources that can fulfill this requirement must be received by Gwendolyn Mansfield, Contract Specialist via electronic email at mansfieldg@state.gov.
