This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued. Quotations are requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113, with a small business size standard of 500. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center at 115 S. 84th Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53214-1476, on behalf of the Hines VA Sterile Processing Department (SPS), is requesting quotations from any authorized vendor who can offer two (2) STERRAD 100NX ALLCLEAR 1-DR DUO Sterilizers. Hines VA Hospital s SPS is considered a high-level 1A department that offers sterile processing to many complex patient populations and cases within VISN 12. All interested companies shall prepare and send quotations for the following: Item Description QTY Unit Price Total Price 0001 STERRAD ® 100NX ALLCLEAR STERILIZERS (1) Low-temperature sterilizer Utilizes the STERRAD 100NX Process Inactivates microorganisms on multiple medical devices and surgical instruments 2 (1) Salient Characteristics must haves: Single door, stand-alone system. Two-tiered shelf. Low temperature system using Hydrogen Peroxide as a Sterilant. Automatic and touchless ejection into cassette disposal container for Hydrogen Peroxide. Automatic Pre-cycle that detects and removes moisture before start of sterilization cycle. Should have a continuous monitoring system that detects water within the chamber. Graphic display, showing proper load placement for the selected cycle. Upgradable and expandable sterilization system. On-line research ability for latest updates on instruments validations and cycle and systems compatibility or contact medical device manufacturer for detailed processing information. At least 3 cycles for processing, ranging from 20-to-60 minutes depending on cycle. Electronic data storage up to 200 cycles. Internal printer for manual recordkeeping. No water or air to operate. Should be mobile via movable casters.
