Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Custodial Enterprises GmbH (CEG) in the estimated amount of $2,658,038.64 for a period of four months. The period of performance will be from 01 March - 30 June 2019 under NAICS 56210 SKE will provide Custodial Services for DoDEA schools located in Germany and Belgium. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(2) SKE is the only readily capable source at the present time that can provide the services at the level of quality and expertise required in the short amount of time available. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
