- ************************************************** SOLICITATION PERIOD IS OPEN - DECEMBER 19, 2018 ************************************************** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is requesting proposals to establish multiple blanket purchase agreements against which to place orders for recurring inspection, maintenance, and repair services for Government-owned and -operated cranes at multiple locations in the USACE Detroit District, which includes areas around and adjacent to the Detroit River, Lake Michigan, Lake Huron, and Lake Superior basins. A complete description of the qualifications, basis of award, and instructions for submitting a proposal are included in the attached Solicitation document. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except automotive and electronic) Repair and Maintenance, which has a small business size standard of $7.5 million in average annual receipts. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED, and businesses of all types and sizes are encouraged to respond. Note that the Offeror must still indicate the company size category on the Company Information page that is to be included with the proposal. Successful contractors mus be registered in the Government's System for Award Management (SAM) with the applicable NAICS code prior to and as a condition of awarding any agreement. Proposals are to be submitted via email to the address indicated in Section L of the Solicitation document. Submittal by any other means or to any other email address may result in the response being deemed noncompliant with the requirements of the Solicitation. Questions may be submitted via email in accordance with the instructions provided in Section L of the Solicitation. This announcement is the one and only advertisement for this procurement.
