This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotations (RFQ). The quote document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 / 26 October 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332913, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Pursuant to FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Network Contracting Office 9 is seeking a vendor that will provide the necessary requirement to the Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, KY. All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to George.cochran@va.gov Questions must be received no later than March 4, 2019 at 4:00 PM CST. No further questions will be accepted after that date and time. This project involves the purchase of TWO (2) Triple Bay Work Sink. This project is designed to ensure standards and practices are followed.
