Description

NAWC-AD Lakehurst is seeking information about potential sources for Peculiar Support Equipment, Test Program Interface Hardware, P/N 38011-42110-10, NSN: 6150-01-487-1465. The current owner of the equipment drawings and specifications is AAI Corporation. The Government does not have a drawing package or other information to provide to a potential provider for this item. The Test Program Interface Hardware as identified by part number and National Stock Number is necessary to support transitions from Legacy Aircraft (F/A-18 A-D) to Super Hornet Aircraft (F/A-18 E/F). The potential quantity of total test sets is fewer than a dozen, and this is not a development inquiry. Only if you currently manufacture this NSN item should you respond to this Request for Information. If you believe you make a product that is the same as the requested Test Program Interface Hardware for the F/A-18 Super Hornet, you may send information about your product for review. This announcement is only a Request for Information, and does not obligate the Government to either open a competition or solicit any business for the items sought.
