Description

Perform depot-level repair of the BRU-57 Smart Rack. Depot-level repair/upgrade encompasses the teardown, evaluation, repair, rebuild, and test of components as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS.) The bomb rack and components listed below shall be repaired as required in accordance with original manufacturer's methods and procedures. The Contractor shall tear down and assess the level of repai within 15 working days of receipt of repairable items. The Contractor must control their inventory such that no unit exceeds a work in progress time of 45 working days for 90% of the units. The remaining 10% must be accomplished within a period not to exceed 60 working days. Whenever possible, parts should be stocked or locally manufactured to facilitate timely repair. Required delivery of repaired item is 60 working days after receipt. Contractor shall meet the required delivery at least 90% of the time Sole Source to EDO (82340); in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
