- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25619Q0467_1 and is issued as an (RFQ) Request for Quotation, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-88. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238290 manufacturing and with a small business size standard of 1250. This is a total SDBOSB set-aside. Network Contracting Office 16 is seeking a vendor to supply the following items for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare Center, 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205. This requirement is for the replacement of (7) seven automatic doors at the CAVHS. Please see the SOW attached to this document for more information on the requirement. The doors will have to be stored by the contractor (at no expense to the hospital) at an off-site location until they are ready to be installed.
