Description
The Government is seeking quotes for the requirement below, listed in this solicitation notice synopsis RFQ: 36C24219Q0378. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 of the Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting an unrestricted competitive solicitation for qualified firms capable of providing maintenance services, software updates, and technical support for a 3D Systems (Simbionix) GI- Bronch Mentor Simulator system, which is already in use at the Manhattan campus of the VA New York Harbor Health Care System. The continued use and preventive maintenance of the Simulator equipment is essential for the surgical service resident and faculty training program. The firm would need to provide: OEM software version updates 24/7 phone support service for technical issues/repairs parts replacement for installations determined not to require on-site technical support all repairs for services requiring on-site technical support one (1) scheduled on-site visit for preventive maintenance, evaluation, training The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, licenses, tools, material, parts and supervision to perform services, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) found in RFQ: 36C24219Q0378. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811219. Questions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing no later than March 8, 2019 at 4:30 PM EST.
