Description
Amendment 00001 to this SIR is issued to extend the Response Due Date. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement to support Customs and Border Protection (CBP), within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and includes providing for the operations and maintenance (O&M) services for field repair, supply support, maintenance of Remote Video Surveillance System Upgrade (RVSS-U) to include Relocatable Towers (RT), and current and/or future RVSS-U system information technology (IT) technical maintenance services. This acquisition includes maintenance support for RVSS-U Command and Control (C2) operations. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods (total of five years possible). This is a full and open two-phase procurement that uses a tiered evaluation process beginning with small business and progressing to other than small business concerns only if its determined that an insufficient number of small business concerns are not qualified to compete in the second phase of the competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19M. This SIR is the first phase of a two-phased acquisition strategy. Please see SIR document for further information. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any responses received after the due time and date of 1:00 p.m., 05 March 2019, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's response, the offeror's response may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for further consideration.
