Description

This Request For Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice is issued by the Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA), 766 Specialized Contracting Squadron, Strategic Acquisitions Flight (766 SCONS/PKI). This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). No contract award will be made on the basis of any response(s) to this notice. PURPOSE: The purpose of this notice is for Market Research purposes only IAW FAR PART 10. The Government seeks response to the specific questions listed below as a result of the Draft Scope of Services (SOS) attached. The responses/feedback received in response to this notice will be used to identify the markets availability. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Government has a requirement for non-personal services in support of the Indo-Pacific Safety: Air Forces Exchange (ISAFE2019). The contractor shall provide hotel lodging, conference room, command and control room, buffet style lunches, meals, refreshments, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and audio visual support as identified in the attached Scope of Services. Contractors facility must be in Waikiki Hawaii and as a minimum '4 star' hotel. CONTRACT TYPE/ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The Period of Performance shall be for Sixty (60) rooms total. Five (5) from 18 August to 23 August 2019, and Fifty-five rooms from 19 August to 23 August 2019. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
