- The Sources Sought Notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by the response date, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. Please reference the attached Draft Statement of Work for the description of the requirement. The technical capability statement shall also include the following: 1. Company name, address, point of contract, CAGE code and DUNS. 2. Business size standard for the NAICS identified in this Sources Sought Notice. Responses must be submitted via email to the procurement specialist Alex Naval at alexander.naval@navy.mil no later than 2:00 pm PST on the response date noted above. The email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426719R0028 in the subject line of the email. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
