- The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region has a requirement for janitorial services for the Flaming Gorge Visitor Center - BOR Office building and surrounding area. The Flaming Gorge Visitor Center is located 45 miles NE of Vernal, Utah on Hwy 191 this is a very remote area of Utah with a small population and minimal housing. The Request for Quotation using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted on or about March 5, 2019. Thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for a base plus two option years. PROJECT Description: Janitorial Services shall be provided for the Bureau of Reclamation, Flaming Gorge Visitor Center building, including offices, parking lot, VC elevator and surrounding areas. The NAICS for this acquisition is 561720 with a total small business size standard of $18 M. PSC is S201. Prospective offerors must be registered, and must maintain an active registration, in the System for Award Management database found at http://www.sam.gov; and must register said NAICS code in the ORCA section of the SAM registry.
