Description
The U.S. Army Garrison - Stuttgart (USAG-S) has a requirement for non-personal services to identify, perform, and document life cycle sustainment, to include preventive, corrective, and emergency corrective maintenance on Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Closed-Circuit Televisions (CCTV) located at operating sites within the USAG-S areas of responsibility (AOR). The Contractor has to be duly authorized to operate and perform services required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with the terms and conditions under this contract. The contract to be issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 - Security Systems Services, and the size standard does not apply since performance is OCONUS. PSC/FSC: J063 Maintenance and Repair of Alarm, Signal and Security Detection Systems Duration of Contract Period: Contract term will be a base year plus four option periods, to include both a phase-in and phase-out period, totaling 64 months. Small Business: Due to the overseas nature of this requirement, a small business set-aside is not contemplated. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. Pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database, http://www.sam.gov, in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals. It is the offeror's responsibility to check FedBizOpps, fbo.gov, as necessary for any posted changes to the solicitation and all amendments.
