- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a firm fixed-price type contract action with Mnemonics, Inc. (CAGE 6R026) of Melbourne, FL 32934 for ECP 6464C1, "Growler Retrofit with Option". This contract action will be for procurement of approximately 415 Radio Frequency Blanking Units (RFBU) to replace Enhanced Interference Blanking Units (EIBU) in E/F-18 aircraft. The manufacturing is to be performed at Mnemonics production facility in Melbourne, FL. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
