- NSN 7E-5996-014605438, TDP VER 007, REF NR VGC-12SP-60/60XC-1, QTY 6 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. NSN 7EH 5996-01-460-5438, P/N VGC-12SP-60/60XC, 6 each, Delivery FOB Origin. The sole source for this item is L-3 Technologies, Inc. Cage 33592. The VGC Product Line is obsolete, so this request is for former unused Governm ent surplus property. All offers received for former unused Government surplus property will be required to provide information on the surplus they are offering by requesting a pdf copy of the required information needed to support their offer. Additional suporting documentation to demonstrate the surplus material offered was previously owned by the Government and meets solicitation requirements must be provided with 24 hours of the request by the contracting officer. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase / contract repair of this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. The proposed acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns (see FAR clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside).
