Description

Description: Modular Shelving System The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612 will soon solicit for Modular Shelves for its Operating Room (O.R.). The successful offeror will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supplies, and supervision necessary to deliver, complete onsite assembly, and installation of shelves within the VA Hospital Operating Room center core areas. It is the intention of the Government to solicit via Request for Quote (RFQ), NAICS Code: 337215, in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis. The contract resulting from the solicitation shall be a Firm Fixed Priced contract. The RFQ will be posted on or about March 08, 2019. This is a Pre-Solicitation for commercial items and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. This procurement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB s) who are certified in the VIP system at the time of the receipt of quote, as well as SAM registered. For information purposes only, the Statement of Need has been attached. There is no additional information at this time; therefore, no questions will be answered.
