- INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Network 23Contracting Office (NCO23), Fargo, ND intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Logicare Corporation for licenses and software integration and subscription for the platform LOGICARE PATIENT INSTRUCTIONS for the Central Iowa VA Health Care System. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210 with a business size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. Market research was conducted and revealed only one respondent is authorized to interface VISTA and CPRS and to train staff with this software. To the best of our knowledge, Logicare Corporation is the only source that can meet the Government s needs due to the integration and training being proprietary. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all submissions received by 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time, Thursday, March 7, 2019. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. NO telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
