- This is a Special Notice of intent to procure three RBR Concerto3 CTDs and thirty RBR Solo3 T temperature sensors with necessary protective cages and cases. PIFSC proposes to purchase the required instrumentation on a sole source basis from RBR USA Ltd. The Government intends to acquire the equipment using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
