- Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference 41 U.S.C. §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring ultrasound wound therapy equipment for the Milwaukee VAMC in Milwaukee, WI. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b), a purchase order to Arobella Medical, LLC., 111 Cheshire Lane Ste 700, Hopkins, MN 55305, as the only source to provide the above items. The authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The applicable NAICS Code is 334510 and the size standard is 1250 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all responses received within three days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
