- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement, to be awarded on a competitive basis, to procure construction services required to perform Renovations to Room 2301, Building 4 at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, Philadelphia, PA. The purpose of this work is for the demolition and renovation of approximately 2,000 square feet of existing office space to accommodate new workspace configuration and meeting rooms. The contractor must furnish supervision, labor, material, tools, specialized services and equipment necessary to perform all work described in the Statement of Work, drawings, and the associated documents. Award is anticipated of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of 60 calendar days (to include time required for submittals, bonding, and insurance). This effort is being competed amongst all eligible small business concerns. The Government intends to make award to the lowest priced, responsible offer.
