- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation is 36C24419Q0397 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 339113, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 has a requirement for Workstations on Wheels.
