This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24419Q0358. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220, COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville VA Medical Center; 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd. Coatesville, Pa. 19320-2040 is seeking Door Replacements. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be being 3/11/2019 following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): **SEE BELOW PRICE/COST SCHEDULE Place of Performance Address: Department of Veterans Affairs Coatesville VA Medical Center 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd. Coatesville, PA 19320-2040 All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement (SOW/PWS). **The SOW is included as attachment to this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services in this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-5791, Revision Number 8, dated 12/26/2018, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is attached with this solicitation. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
