AS A RESULT, AN EXTENSION IS BEING PROVIDED TO ALLOW ALL VENDORS TO SUBMIT QUOTES AND REVISE ANY PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED QUOTES FOR THIS RFQ. THE NEW RESPONSE DUE DATE WILL BE MONDAY 3/11/19 AT 0700. Q & A: Shock Rifle Case commercial item description: Needs to feature a padded interior with internal retention straps and locking main compartment zippers. Quickly converts from shoulder strap carry into a simple backpack that s holds a 36 inch rifle.
