- THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE is being issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA site has the requirement for Partial Engine Overhauls of the ETF40B Output Group (OPG), which supports the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC). NSWCPD seeks to competitively award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Definite-Quantity Type Contract. In order to be considered eligible for award, Offerors shall possess NAVSEA 05Z Designated Overhaul Point (DOP) certification letters specific to depot level repairs. The Government intends to issue the Solicitation as Unrestricted, providing for Full and Open Competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333611; Small Business Size Standard is 1500 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is J028. All Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
