- Raytheon Co., Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) was awarded a $6,711,230 Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-18-G-5501 on 28 February 2019. This order includes the procurement of Dual Band Radar (DBR) engineering services in support of Web-Based System Trouble Reports (WSTR) resolution. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), this delivery order was not competitively procured; there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
