- The Center for Acquisition and Program Management (the "Center"), Foundational Learning Directorate (FLD), Defense Acquisition University (DAU), requires subject matter expertise support for curriculum development and revision of the Center's portfolio of assigned learning assets within DAU's Acquisition Learning Model (ALM). This includes, but is not limited to development, maintenance, or revision of all courseware, publications and other Center-related learning assets such as, performance support; continuous learning modules; online knowledge management assets and other related studies or reports tasked to the Center. The Center requires subject matter expertise support for the delivery and maintenance of learning assets to certify DoD civilian and military personnel with the responsibility to exercise authority and responsibility to accomplish program objectives for planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and leading the combined efforts in the management of a defense acquisition program throughout the system's life cycle.
