Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center will be posting a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to www.FBO.gov on or around 07 March 2019. The RFQ will be a Brand Name Only requirement IAW FAR 11.105(a)(1). This will be a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small-Business (SDVOSB) vendors IAW VAAR 819.7005. VA has a requirement for the A120 upgrade with the Bravo Calibration-Free Reflux Testing System. This solicitation will be issued under the authority of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award will be made to the CVE Verified SDVOSB offeror who submits a quote for a technically acceptable product with the lowest total price. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees.
