- RFO for Trash and Recycling service at ZOA OAKLAND ARTCC The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Area has a requirement to provide Trash and Recycling service at ZOA OAKLAND ARTCC. Services are to commence on June 1, 2019 through May 31, 2024 for an initial base year, plus Four (4) one year options running from June through May. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS FOR NAICS CODE 562111(Solid Waste Collection) SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: Complete instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors can be found in Section L of the SIR.
