THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BIDS, QUOTES, OR PROPOSAL. AT THIS TIME NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), the Defense Media Activity (DMA) intends to issue an award to only one responsible source; American Council on Education for course credit evaluation services. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 611310, with a Small Business Size Standard of $27.5 Million. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETTIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this portion of the proposed contract requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their capability. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 14:00pm EST on Thursday, 14 March 2019. All responses must be submitted in writing and via email to the point of contact specified in this notice. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information, or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
