Description

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a contract to The Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City, Michigan for an Educators Summit. The Summit will begin on 18 June 2019 and end on 20 June 2019. Hotel Rooms, Conference rooms, audio visual and meals will be required for approximately 200 individuals as well as 70-100 hotel rooms. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The Great Wolf Lodge is honoring per diem rates for the hotel rooms. The audio visual, meals and meeting rooms are being purchased as well and the pricing has been compared to other venues to prove the pricing fair and reasonable. Response to this intent should be from hotel capable of housing and feeding 200+ individuals in the northern Michigan area.
