Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L0319Q0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of March 4, 2019 and close date of March 19, 2019. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2019-01. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 212321 and a size standard of 500 employees. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Albuquerque District Office, through the BLM New Mexico State Office has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for delivery of rip rap and base course in accordance with attached specifications, bid schedule, map and evaluation criteria. All material shall be delivered to the Cuba Administrative Site (map attached). The awarded contractor shall be within a 150-mile radius of Cuba, New Mexico. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212.1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and can be downloaded as full text at http://www.arnet.gov/far. The resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) database in order to do business with the Federal Government and be considered for award. The database can be accessed at http://www.sam.gov. The solicitation is available electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Questions to solicitation are due by March 14, 2019. Offers are being accepted via electronic mail to asalas@blm.gov, facsimile at (505) 761-8911 or BLM NMSO, 100 Sun Avenue, Suite 330, Attention: Anna Salas-Waldo, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Offers are to submitted via company letterhead, referencing this RFQ and are due no later than 4:00PM Mountain Standard Time on March 19, 2019.
