- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources for a Facilities Maintenance Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for the Upper Great Plains Region. The principal components of the work include but are not limited to miscellaneous sitework; demolition; providing concrete foundations; miscellaneous service building repairs, minor cable trench repairs, and fencing. The estimated construction magnitude of the sample project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All work is to be completed within 100 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about March 26, 2019 and the projected bid opening date is April 30, 2019.
