Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), North East Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) located at Woods Hole, Massachusetts intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with The Marine Biological Laboratory, Woods Hole, Massachusetts for single award for the purchase of Resource Library access and borrowing privileges for up to 60 NEFSC Laboratory Staff. In support of numerous NOAA oceanographic scientific missions. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
