Description

A. DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and awritten solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type Contract under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. ********IN ACCORDANCE WITH AFARS 5101.602-2(a)(ii)(B), the following statement applies,********"FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISTION. NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL APPROPRIATED FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE." SCOPE OF WORK: Base life support shall consist of toilets, hand wash/sinks, showers, sleeping accommodations, power generation, fuel, lighting, air conditioners, laundry wash/dry stations, and services related toproviding and maintaining these services during the contract period. The Contractor shall provide all personnel,equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services asdefined in this Statement of Objectives (SOO). Unless otherwise specifically stated, the US Government will not provide government furnished equipment to support this requirement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-JAN-2019).
