Van Zandt VA Medical Center. Also known as, the Altoona VA Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, Pa. 16605-4377 (where the Contract will be performed). This solicitation is for one Base Year and four Option Years. This RFQ is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. See VAAR clause VAAR 852.219-11 VA Notice of Total Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Please e-mail the quote to Mr. John Evans at john.evans15@va.gov no later than 4:30 PM Eastern on 20, January 2019. A site visit for all interested parties has been set for 10:00 AM Wednesday, 13 March, 2019. Contractors will need to sign in with Medical Center Police inside the main entrance of BLDG 1 (Main BLDG). The Point Of Contact for this site visit is Ms. Melissa Flick. It is strongly suggested that all Prime Contractors attend or, send a representative of their company instead of sending a partnering sub-contractor.
