Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1. Software Renewal CST Studio Ste (15145-2), 2. Software Renewal CST Studio Ste (15145-3) 3. Software Renew Ant Magus Pro, LAN (15145-4) 4. Software Renewal CST Studio Ste (15145-7) 5. Software Renewal CST Studio Ste (15145-9). This requirement is sole sourced to CST of America, LLC. 492 Old Connecticut Path, Suite 500, Framingham, MA 01701 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement because No other company can provide the required patches and version updates for these software packages. Software produced by other manufacturers is unable to manipulate or modify any of the models or antenna design drawings produced. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
