- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Groton Contracting Department, Groton, CT 06349-5000, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Hotel Rooms located in Groton, CT 06340 or Mystic, CT 06355. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 721110. The size standard is $32.5 million. HOTEL FACILITY SHALL BE: - LOCATED WITHIN GROTON, CT 06340 OR MYSTIC, CT 06355 - RATED 3-STAR EQUIVALENT OR ABOVE WITH STANDARD AMENITIES AND ACCOMMODATIONS APPROPRIATE FOR THE SAID RATING - COMPLIANT WITH THE HOTEL/MOTEL FIRE SAFETY ACT OF 1990 STANDARD DOUBLE ROOMS (2 DOUBLE OR QUEEN BEDS) - 62 EACH ROOM NIGHTS - 120 62 (STANDARD DOUBLE ROOMS) X 120 (ROOM NIGHTS) = 7,440 (TOTAL HOTEL ROOM NIGHTS) STANDARD SINGLE ROOMS (1 DOUBLE OR QUEEN BED) - 4 EACH ROOM NIGHTS - 120 4 (STANDARD SINGLE ROOMS) X 120 (ROOM NIGHTS) = 480 (TOTAL HOTEL ROOM NIGHTS) ALTHOUGH ONE SINGLE PROPERTY (HOTEL FACILITY) IS PREFERRED, ALL HOTEL ROOMS QUOTED SHALL BE LOCATED IN NO MORE THAN TWO SEPARATE PROPERTIES WITHIN THE SPECIFIC GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION LISTED HEREIN. The period of performance dates are 08 April 2019 through 06 August 2019 Quotes must be submitted via email to kelly.polson@navy.mil by 15 March 2019 at 11:00 a.m. EST and must include the three mandatory documents FAR 52.209-11, 52.203-18, and 52.222-52 to be considered for award. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. The NECO website has a submit bid button next to the solicitation number. DO NOT use the submit bid button on NECO to submit a quotation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the Government. By submitting a quotation, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quotation. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to conduct verbal or written discussions with respect to other than price with the vendors at any time prior to award. By submission of a quotation, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
