This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-101 (effective 10/26/2018). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562910 Remediation Services, with a small business size standard of $20.5 million. Small Businesses registration will be verified in System Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). Quotes will be considered non-responsive and rejected if the Contracting Officer is not able to verify and view contractor registrations. Contractor shall provide all necessary resources, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and expertise to perform asbestos abatement. The project must be completed in accordance with VHA Directive 7714 and Arkansas Reg 21. Anticipated Period of Performance dates: All contractor work shall be accomplished within 30 calendar days, including any time for shipping and handling of equipment. This is for non-personal services. Questions on this combined synopsis/solicitation shall be sent to the point of contact listed above no later than March 21, 2019 by 11:00 a.m. (Central Time). An amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted with all questions and answers.
