- Questions and Answers Closed Captioning I have two questions on this RFQ for the pricing submittal. 1. For the "Totals" tab, are we to add up the price for 15 minute increments for each CLIN and put that total price for 75 minutes on the line for that year of the contract? 2. Our proposed prices will likely escalate a little each year. Should we add in a copy of the proposed pricing chart under the existing one for the additional option years that may contain the different pricing from the first year we're proposing? Each year should be included on the spreadsheet named 5 Year IDIQ. Yes the totals for each year should be on the last sheet under grand total. So the rate per 15 minutes for all years should be totaled up for the grand total. I do understand that the rate each year will more than likely be different, so be sure to put the escalated amount for the corresponding years on the spreadsheet. You can provide your pricing sheet as well, but please be sure that the prices on the pricing sheet is the same as what is entered in the spreadsheet Could you please help me with the following questions: 1. Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this? No (like, from India or Canada) 2. Whether we need to come over there for meetings? No 3. Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA? No (like, from India or Canada) 4. Can we submit the proposals via email? Yes Are you interested in seeing a proposal only for the offline captioning (not the live captioning)? For both Is it acceptable for two companies to submit a joint bid, whereby each company is treated as a separate billing entity? For example, one company provides live captioning while another provides offline captioning. No For offline captioning work we offer the following categories of services. Could you please clarify which of these are required or if they are all required, we can quote that way. For Off Line Captioning Transcription Time Coding Captioning a Video I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or if this is a new requirement. If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the contract or task order number? This is a new requirement and similar services were performed by Oak Grove Technologies VA777-17-F-0153 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
